Uremic toxins could be classified as small water-soluble compounds or groups, protein-bound compounds and middle molecules. The removal of small water-soluble compounds has been largely improved with the development of dialysis membrane. However, the removal of protein-bound toxins and middle molecules is still unsatisfying. HA130 Hemoperfusion therapy provides a new regimen for ESRD complications.
